In November 2005 I joined the Headstart course at Forum Futures. I have been out of work for two years after having my son and I felt I had lost my confidence. This course has helped me out a lot. I feel my confidence has gone up I feel confident that I will find the perfect job for myself now.

It doesn't matter what age, race or religion you are, everyone is welcome and will gain confidence, friends and a better understanding of how to go into a job or another course. Its amazing how much you learn and grow as a person in just five days.
